Location:  Eufala Office


Experience Required:  Experience preferred, but not required. However you must have an active Oklahoma Real Estate license in good standing to apply.



Qualifications: Our Ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:


  • Self-motivated, ambitious, disciplined, and inspired to succeed
  • Has a growth mindset, and commitment to being a lifelong learner
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills
  • A high level of personal responsibility, honesty, and empathy
  • Good with technology
  • Goal oriented, with a focus on personal development, and natural inclination to set high goals, and go after them
  • Able to bounce back from rejection, and solve problems creatively
  • Good with numbers and calculations
  • Has some form of income outside of real estate sales (if new to the industry)
  • Ideally is experienced with a minimum of 2 - 3 years in the industry (but is not required).
